I like the car, but my experience with the follow-up from my salesperson, Rene, has been extremely disappointing. While I was at the dealership completing the purchase, I asked for a copy of the 130-point inspection report. I waited at the dealership for almost two hours and was told that the printer was busy and they couldn't print the report for me. Eventually, I left without it. After the purchase, I contacted Rene multiple times asking for the inspection report and whether the second key had been located. My messages went unanswered until I followed up again and pushed for an answer. I was then told that he was trying to get the inspection report from the other Mullinax location. It's now been a week, and I am still waiting for the inspection report. That's particularly frustrating because when I was physically at the dealership, I was told the problem was simply that the printer was busy. Now, a week later, they apparently still need to obtain the report from another location. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I purchased the vehicle and simply want a copy of the inspection report I was told had been performed, along with an answer about the second key. The car itself has been enjoyable, but the lack of communication and follow-through after the sale has left a very poor impression. Customer service shouldn't end once the paperwork is signed.

Best dealership experience we've ever had. Everything was so straightforward and easy. We purchased a used 2014 Honda Odyssey over a year ago now. We have not had a single problem with it. The trade in price was higher than the online estimates. We did not finance, so I cannot speak to that aspect. I always recommend shopping loans and not going directly for loans via dealership, though. The process was very fast without financing involved - about 2 hours total to process the trade in and inspect and purchase the vehicle and transfer tag. I'd pick this dealership again.

Just completed another purchase at Mullinax, Scott Ray and the whole crew took great care of us and helped us find the car we were after. We drive from over 1 hr away because of how awesome They are. Rare to find people in the car industry who genuinely care about their customers.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach based on my experience. Last Wednesday, I found a truck I wanted to purchase and paid Mullinax a $500 deposit specifically to hold the vehicle. That same day, I moved forward with financing and authorized them to perform a hard inquiry on my credit. This was not a casual inquiry or me asking them to hold a truck while I thought about it. I was buying the truck. I spoke with the dealership multiple times Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. My salesperson, Davis, told me he had set the keys aside, and I also spoke with Charles in Finance. We had everything arranged for me to come to West Palm Beach and complete the purchase in person on Sunday. Early Sunday morning, around 2:00 AM, I messaged them letting them know I was leaving and would be there before 1:00 PM. I then drove approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes toward the dealership. About 20 minutes before I arrived, I received a call from a sales manager who did not give me his name informing me that they had sold the truck to someone else on Saturday. His explanation was essentially that he did not know why it happened and that all he could do was refund my $500 deposit. That is completely unacceptable. Mullinax accepted my money to hold this vehicle. They ran my credit. Their salesperson told me the keys were set aside. Their finance department worked with me to arrange the purchase. I stayed in communication with them for several days, and they knew I was making a nearly three-hour drive to complete the transaction. Despite all of that, they sold the truck to someone else the day before my scheduled pickup and apparently did not even realize or bother to tell me until I was almost at the dealership. A refund of my own $500 does not undo the unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit, the time I spent arranging financing, or the nearly three-hour drive I made based on their representations that the truck was being held for me. Mistakes happen, but accepting a deposit to hold a vehicle and then selling that vehicle to somebody else is not a minor mistake. It defeats the entire purpose of taking a deposit in the first place. If you are considering purchasing from Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach, I would be extremely cautious about relying on a deposit, a verbal commitment, or even being told that the keys have been set aside. Based on my experience, none of those things guaranteed that the vehicle would actually be there when I arrived to buy it. One of the most frustrating dealership experiences I have ever had.

Yesterday (8/25/26) I stopped in but Curtis was off and a very capable sales associate, Bobbie, did a fantastic job getting me a Ford Maverick to test drive and answering all my questions when I returned to the dealership. Although Curtis was not onsite, Bobbie stated everybody works together to assure the customer has a positive experience when buying from Mullinax Ford.
