I got a email back quickly, i called spoke to Renee. #1 salesman. This young man is going places so if you want a great salesman ask for Renee. No stress car buying experience thanks to Michel and Charles! Was able to walk the garage on my own, narrow to a few vehicles, Michel quickly got the keys. Test drive was a nice quick loop to help me get a feel. Went back the following day and had a quick trade in and buy process. Michel hooked up the car app and features while closing so we were ready to go! Charles in finance helped to explain a great warranty and made the paperwork simple and easy to follow. I feel like my car has been in the shop for nearly the whole month. I’m not blaming the shop for the frustration but wish the parts for the repair would come sooner. I’m thankful for the loaner but I would be happier having my car back. It’s now April 2, 2025 later I have received my car thankfully all repairs done. I only wish my car had been received washed off but glad I have it back
