They gave a far price on trade in, finance rate was excellent. Truck I purchased was in ok condition. Had a rattle asked sales man to get back to mr and nothing. No reponse or text back. So I assume once you leave they dont care.

I don’t leave many reviews like this, but Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach earned this one. I started this process doing what most people dread — shopping multiple dealerships, comparing numbers, asking a lot of questions, and trying to figure out what was actually a good deal versus what simply looked like one on paper. Josh was the reason Mullinax stayed at the top of that list. Almost the entire deal was worked remotely before we ever stepped into the dealership. Josh was responsive, straightforward, patient with my questions, and — most importantly — honest. At one point we discussed bringing another vehicle into the transaction, and rather than finding a way to make the numbers look good for Mullinax, he flat-out told me it didn’t make financial sense for us and explained why. That earned a tremendous amount of trust with me. There were no games with pricing, no mysterious dealer fees appearing later, and no pressure to make a decision before we were comfortable. I gave Josh the opportunity to earn our business, and he did. Once we arrived, Captain Curtis Stevenson took over and carried that same experience all the way through delivery. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and never pushy. By the time we got there, the hard work had already been done. We drove the Bronco Sport, finished the paperwork, and my wife left genuinely excited about her new vehicle. That’s how buying a car should work. Mullinax made money, we got a deal we were happy with, and everyone walked away feeling good about the transaction. I don’t expect a dealership to lose money selling me a car. I expect them to be transparent, treat me fairly, and earn my business. Josh and Captain Curtis did exactly that. After dealing with several other dealerships during this search, the difference was obvious. Josh — thank you for putting in the work before we ever walked through the door and for being straight with me throughout the process. Captain Curtis — thank you for making the finish as easy as the beginning. Mullinax has absolutely earned the first phone call the next time my family is looking for a vehicle.

I was first brought to Mullinax Ford from their internet ad showing a new 2026 Ford 350 HD Transit van equipped to my liking. Unfortunately, the dealership is quite a distance from me. After having several conversations with a great salesman there by the name of William (Gray) Inge. We essentially struck a deal over the phone. Both he and I were 100% honest and I drove up with my trade and drove back with my new Ford. It was an absolute pleasure. Gray and Mullinax did 100% of everything they had said they would do. In addition Mullinax’s finance manager a Charlie Munoz could not have been nicer as we finished all the paperwork. I would go way out of my way to work with the Mulinax team in the future!

Quick. Easy and straightforward buying experience

I hate going through the whole hassle of purchasing a new vehicle with dealerships. However, this one was a breeze in and out within 2 1/2 hours no undisclosed surprises or extra fees what you see is what you get on the sticker price definitely recommend.

Best Ford Dealership in Florida!! We emailed them the F350 Transit information we wanted to order. Robert got in contact with us, ordered the Transit, and 4 months later we are driving our 2026 F350 Transit. Mullimax was the only dealership that would work with us.. Once I got to the dealership the vehicle was ready for me and all I needed to do was the paperwork, was in and out under 3 hours and on the road to make great memories in my new truck. Great experience from start to finish! The appointment specialist listened to all my concerns and was so helpful! At check in another advisor stayed late to ensure my vehicle was checked in properly and wrote down all my comments. Thomas is an awesome advisor and always delivers what he promises! Mullinax Ford WPB was great. Sales rep., Sales & Finance Managers were very professional. I love the upfront pricing. NO haggle or BS. Vehicle was clean and not over priced at all. Just need more communication between service/sales on the "We Owe". Service does need some signage as I had no idea where the service department was. Otherwise, go visit Mullinax Ford. I was so happy with my experience at Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach. I’ve been to several dealerships in my area looking for a car and by far, Mullinax had the best service. My salesman, Rene, a lovely young man, was knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond in helping me get the exact deal I needed, which was a very fair deal. If you’re looking for a car, go no further than Mullinax Ford. And for the record, I bought a VW Atlas. René was knowledgeable about an off brand vehicle.

No-haggle pricing here is real — they won’t move on advertised price. But when I found a better truck (higher trim, 30k fewer miles) for less at a sister lot, they just transferred it in instead of losing the sale. Ended up with more truck for less money and way more life left on the 100k powertrain warranty. Little extra wait, but worth it.

For repairs they were great! Need to watch the recommendations from the quick lane techs. Review the inspection data before agreeing with their recommendation. Cost us 4 new tires and out of warranty repairs 6 months later.
