Mullinax Ford in NPB has a very good and streamlined setup, from appointment making to take-in, to shuttle service. They give accurate cost and time estimates and do quality repair work. Customer service after they return your car is excellent as well. I had an extremely tiny issue with the appearance of a piece of windshield molding and they fixed the issue (a manufacturer's glitch) and reminded me that there is a Two-year Warranty on the part and the work.
