BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! They sell vehicles that have been involved in accidents without informing the buyer! And when you talk to the GM, nothing but lies and excuses. They promise to repair the vehicle and instead of honoring their obligation they "kick the can down the road". PROMISES MADE PROMISES BROKEN! This place is not to be trusted particularly that general manager!
Joel was a great help. Very professional and helped pick out the best vehicle for my needs. He was fully engaged the entire process doing more for me than what was needed.
Dealer was Bobbie Delahunty. Everything they said they would offer was the exact opposite of what it was on paper. They misrepresented the financing options and tried to change their offer after I had signed off on a credit pull. They offered 0% but then came back and suddenly said it couldn't be offered on the 2026 cars, only the 2025 cars. That's fair, but you tell me that before you pull my credit. It took over a month to get my deposit back and only after I suggested filing suit against them. I suspect the financing guys had more of an impact on the poor service than Bobbie. This place is supposed to be easier to deal with than the other dealerships because they don't include, "junk fees" but I would rather deal with the headache of junk fees at a regular dealership than try to deal with the games that Mullinax plays.
I had an outstanding experience at Mullinax Ford of West Palm Beach while helping my daughter buy her first car. Anyone who lives in South Florida knows how tough it is to find a reasonably priced used car — the markups are insane and most dealers list cars way above Kelly Blue Book. After checking with about 15 dealerships and barely getting a straight answer (only one even sent me an “out the door” price, and that took days), I found Mullinax Ford late one night while searching for dealerships with no fees. Right away, their pricing caught my eye because it was actually fair — right in line with Kelly Blue Book. No games. No surprises. And when my daughter reached out, our salesperson, Dave McKenzie, responded immediately and was the first person in this whole process who seemed genuinely transparent. From the moment we arrived, Dave made the experience relaxed and low pressure. My daughter wanted her name on the paperwork since this was her first car, and the team immediately recognized that. In fact, they pretty much pushed me off to the sidelines (in a good way!) so she could have the full experience and feel confident doing it on her own. As a dad, that meant a lot. Charlie Munoz in finance was great as well — knowledgeable and friendly. My only small suggestion for him would be to remember that some of us come in cautious because of past experiences with other dealerships. Once I realized Mullinax really wasn’t going to slip in any hidden fees or shady add-ons, I honestly wished I had asked more questions. But even so, the financing was straightforward, fair, and far better than anything we’d been offered elsewhere. And then, to top it all off, while we were doing paperwork, a gentleman started chatting with us about the car my daughter picked. We talked for a good 10 minutes — about cars, weddings, life — before I realized he was Scott Nicolas, a partner in the Mullinax Ford Group (and a former NFL player!). There was no ego, no sales pitch — just a warm, genuine conversation that felt like chatting with an old friend. It made the experience even more memorable for my daughter. In a market full of overpriced cars and high-pressure tactics, Mullinax Ford was a breath of fresh air. Fair prices, no hidden fees, honest people, and a team that truly cares about making the experience a good one — especially for a first-time buyer. Highly recommend this dealership, and huge thanks to Dave, Charlie, and Scott for making the whole thing something my daughter will never forget.

Worst experience with the service department. Scheduled an appointment only to be told the appointment is to meet the advisor and drop the car off. Great; do I get a shuttle or loaner? Nope, not available because your address is out of range and we don’t have any loaner/rentals currently. What type of service is this? Why not tell your customers ahead of time that the appointment is to drop your car off and leave it there the whole day, possibly longer? Why even make an appointment if that’s how the system works? Sucks how companies now days are all about selling something to you, but after the sale is made you get treated like trash. DO NOT BUY FROM MULLINAX FORD if you care about factory warranty or need service post purchase.
The salesman Rene Ramos was great. There was no hassle or pressure while looking for a vehicle. I highly recommend Mullinax Ford

Everyone I dealt with was really nice and great personalities. The process went fairly quickly and hospitality was quite nice. I especially want to say Jake West is a real real great guy. Makes you feel right at home.
I was thrilled with Mullinax. At first. It took four months and many phone calls to get the title processed and plates issued. I paid estimated tax and title fees upfront. Unfortunately, they shorted the refund by $415. I sent documentation and requested the balance. No response. Thought I had finally found an honest car dealer. Guess not.
Highly recommend. David P and the team took care of my needed. I drove 4 hours and only spent 15-20 min in the dealership before I was back on the road with my Explorer ST. Will definitely be driving back to get my Mustang.

I went into Mullinax in Palm Beach last year with a Pre Approval from Capital One, I was happy Mullinax had the vehicle I wanted at a “No-Haggle” price. I came in purchased the vehicle I wanted and left in what seemed to be an easy transaction. I found out after the fact that they gave me a higher interest rate than what I was approved for. A way for them to make extra money off of me. I let this go and didn’t worry too much because either way I planned to refinance the car. Here’s where the real frustration kicks in. I have been calling non stop. Speaking with sales people leaving voicemails for finance managers over and over. I need some basic information from my original loan in order to refinance and they won’t even return my call. I live three hours away so I can’t just show up. I could not be more disappointed in the lack of care for their customers post sale. So here I am months later still paying the higher interest rate which I should not of had to begin with because they can’t be bothered to call a customer back.
If I could put 0 I would. Was shopping for a car for a little bit and they gave me what I thought was a good deal. I put a 500 dollar hold on a Tesla Model 3 from another dealership on a Saturday and was told it would be here on the following Tuesday. Salesman (Dave M) told me to get insurance ready and ensure everything was ready to go. Get a call Tuesday at 4 o'clock PM that the car has something small wrong with a door latch, but should be done quick and delivered Wednesday. Fast forward to Friday and I had to be the one to reach out for any updates through the week, and the most recent one is that the car has to be sent back to Tesla to be repaired, and to pick another one they have at another lot. Of course, all of the other models are more money, or I will be charged a non - refundable shipping fee if its at the Mobile, AL location. Received a call from Skylar and there was no effort to make this right or get a deal done from the staff in any way to make this less of a pain. I ran my credit and applied for a loan for a car that was in no shape to be sold and was given options that cost ME more money for something that was completely out of my hands. Customer service not good at all. 110 point inspection is advertised but if this were true I would have known before running my credit this car had issues.
