Best dealership experience we've ever had. Everything was so straightforward and easy. We purchased a used 2014 Honda Odyssey over a year ago now. We have not had a single problem with it. The trade in price was higher than the online estimates. We did not finance, so I cannot speak to that aspect. I always recommend shopping loans and not going directly for loans via dealership, though. The process was very fast without financing involved - about 2 hours total to process the trade in and inspect and purchase the vehicle and transfer tag. I'd pick this dealership again.

I have to say that my experience with Mullinax Ford was the best I've ever had. They gave me a really fair price for my Chevy trade in. They never tried to push me into anything. Ive bought from alot of dealerships in palm beach county over the years and I always felt like they were getting one over on me but I didn't feel that at Mullinax. Over the last year myself and 3 other family members have bought 3 new vehicles and 1 certified used and have been extremely happy. We will definitely go back to Mullinax for any more vehicle purchases. We all happened to use different salesman and we were all completely satisfied with everyone.

I purchased a 2026 Ranger XLT! Michel, and Josh from the dealer are extremely professional. This is one dealership I would go out of my way to visit again, and refer to friends and family. The professionalism, non-hassle straight to the point quality of sale is something this dealership has. I would suggest to Ford, to value the group they have at this location as this is the type of service others could learn from.
