I have been communicating with sales associate Captain Curtis on a 2026 Maverick for the past week and he asked me to stop in for a test drive. Yesterday (8/25/26) I stopped in but Curtis was off and a very capable sales associate, Bobbie, did a fantastic job getting me a Ford Maverick to test drive and answering all my questions when I returned to the dealership. Although Curtis was not onsite, Bobbie stated everybody works together to assure the customer has a positive experience when buying from Mullinax Ford. I bought the truck and Bobbie coordinated every step so everything flowed smoothly. Today Curtis contacted me and I met him at the dealership for a minor issue. He rectified the issue within an hour and I was assured that if I had any questions or issues to call for resolution. I have previously used this dealership and been very satisfied with sales practices and vehicle service.
