At Mullinax Ford, I had the best experience of buying a car in my lifetime. Jose greeted me with a friendly smile, listened intently and proceeded without typical talking points or pressure. I was first brought to Mullinax Ford from their internet ad showing a new 2026 Ford 350 HD Transit van equipped to my liking. Unfortunately, the dealership is quite a distance from me. After having several conversations with a great salesman there by the name of William (Gray) Inge. We essentially struck a deal over the phone. Both he and I were 100% honest and I drove up with my trade and drove back with my new Ford. It was an absolute pleasure. Gray and Mullinax did 100% of everything they had said they would do. In addition Mullinax’s finance manager a Charlie Munoz could not have been nicer as we finished all the paperwork. I would go way out of my way to work with the Mulinax team in the future!
