By the time we arrived at the dealership, all the paperwork was completed, and we simply dropped off our trade-in and picked up our new truck. Alfonso, the finance manager, was equally great to work with and never pressured us to purchase additional products or services. We also really appreciate Mullinax's upfront, no-haggle pricing and their willingness to coordinate directly with Line-X to have our accessories installed before we picked up the truck. We had done this with a previous truck purchase, and it's a huge time-saver for our team. The entire experience was straightforward, efficient, and hassle-free. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that respects your time and makes the purchasing process so easy. We would absolutely work with Curtis, Ronald, and the Mullinax Ford team again for future vehicle purchases. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a Ford.
